Puroxen systems for PIR panels
The greatest advantage of the dynamic development of the insulation materials industry is the ability to choose between complex tailored solutions and ready-made ones that ensure consistent results. In both cases, our production capabilities are provided by our systems for PIR panels – PUROXEN.
It is a polyol blend consisting of a mixture of appropriately selected components. It is offered in two variants:
- A polyol blend containing suitable catalysts, selected by our specialists.
- A mixture without catalysts, allowing for the independent creation of the desired formulation.
The ready-made composition of ingredients along with a package of catalysts for mixing with diisocyanate, or the blend that allows for adjusting the composition according to individual needs—thanks to this solution, manufacturers of thermal insulation boards with a PIR core have full control over the properties of the final products.

Puroxen PET 1200: Eco-Friendly System for Sandwich Panel Production
Puroxen PET 1200 is a ready-to-use blend of ingredients designed for the production of sandwich panels. The product only requires the addition of a catalyst package, pentane, and isocyanate to create high-quality panels. Thanks to its unique formula, Puroxen PET 1200 is free from halogenated compounds, making it environmentally friendly and compliant with modern ecological standards.
Excellent Properties of Puroxen PET 1200
One of the key advantages of Puroxen PET 1200 is its outstanding flame-retardant properties, which minimize fire risks and enhance user safety. The product also exhibits high smoke reduction capabilities, which is crucial for passing SBI tests in the BS1d0 class (formal certification in progress). Puroxen PET 1200 can be used with both n-pentane and cyclopentane, increasing its flexibility in production applications. Additionally, it features a low thermal conductivity coefficient, providing excellent insulation properties for sandwich panels. The eco-friendly aspect of the product is highlighted by its 7% content of recycled PET materials, supporting sustainable development and waste reduction.

PUROXEN 1800 features high strength, excellent adhesion, and low thermal conductivity (0.021 W/mK), ensuring consistent performance. PUROXEN PET 1200, which is environmentally friendly and chlorine-free, offers outstanding fire-retardant properties, low smoke emission, and contains 22% recycled PET materials in the polymix (polyol blend), contributing to 7% recycling in the composite panel and supporting sustainable development.
