Polyester polyols for flexible and viscoelastic Foam

Our polyester polyols designed for manufacturing mattresses and memory foam pillows are high-quality intermediates, just like those used as a base for flexible foam. The substances in our product range that are intended for skin contact are odorless, ensuring a pleasant user experience.

Using formulations tailored to customer specifications, we create a polymer mixture that is then transformed into thermoplastic foam. This polyurethane material demonstrates varying degrees of cushioning depending on temperature. Typically, it forms the outer layer of the foam used in sleep mattresses, and is also used to produce some pillow types.

On the other hand, flexible foam, known as upholstery foam, is employed in upholstered furniture such as chairs, office chairs, sofas, and car seats. Our polyester polyols ensure that both foam types meet the highest standards for comfort and durability, catering to diverse applications in the bedding and furniture industries.

Product Technologist

In our portfolio, we offer both premium quality polyester polyols, which enable the production of polyurethane foams with very low thermal conductivity coefficients, high emulsion viscosity, and excellent pentane retention during the mixture creation phase, as well as budget products.

Additionally, we are continuously developing the PT product line, which enhances the fire resistance of polyurethane foams.
