ISCC Plus polyester polyols

One of the key certifications for the bioeconomy and circular economy, ISCC PLUS (International Sustainability and Carbon Certification), confirms our commitment to sustainable development. ISCC PLUS is a voluntary certification system that covers a wide range of sectors, including food, feed, chemicals, plastics, packaging, and textiles. This certification places particular emphasis on the traceability of raw materials throughout the supply chain, following the mass balance principle.

ISCC PLUS includes bio-based materials and recycled materials, including those produced using bioenergy. Moreover, this standard is dynamically evolving, with more companies certifying their products each year that contain recycled raw materials and bio-components.

For our company, obtaining the ISCC PLUS certification not only confirms compliance with rigorous ecological and social criteria but also reflects our commitment to producing high-quality products in line with sustainable development principles.

ISCC Plus product range

Our range of ISCC Plus polyester polyols responds to the growing market demands by combining innovative approaches with environmental care. These products contain at least 65% bio-based and recycled raw materials, making them a key component of our sustainability strategy.

The combination of advanced recycling technologies and renewable raw material sources represents a significant step toward reducing the industry’s environmental impact. Our business partners can now actively participate in limiting emissions and carbon footprints by choosing products that meet the highest ecological standards. We encourage companies to collaborate in joint efforts toward a sustainable future.

Polios ISCC Plus based on PU Dust and certified BIO

A key element of this product is the bio raw material, which has received ISCC Plus certification, confirming its sustainable origin. Polios ISCC Plus, based on polyurethane dust and renewable raw materials, is an advanced product created through the recycling of polyurethane foam from PIR panels. In the glycolysis process, polyurethane dust is transformed into high-quality polyester polyol, enriched with bio-based raw materials. With over 65% content of bio-based and recycled materials, Polios ISCC Plus represents an excellent solution for companies looking to reduce their carbon footprint while maintaining the highest standards of quality and sustainability.

Product Technologist

ISCC Plus is a series of guidelines and requirements that a company must meet to confirm its operational standards. This includes a sustainable supply chain, a circular economy, the use of renewable energy in production, and intermediate products whose quality is also certified.

Thanks to the years of efforts from our entire team, we have the capability to produce sustainable polyester polyols compliant with ISCC Plus. These polyols are used to create both foam for manufacturing composite panels and spray systems. We are continuously working to ensure that in the near future, more of our products will be recognized for their composition and the quality of our production processes. This will enable us to regularly expand our portfolio of certified products.
