Polyester polyols for PIR panels

The polyols used for the production of sandwich panels with a polyisocyanurate foam core are high-quality products resulting from the reaction of polyhydric alcohols and carboxylic acids. Our company is a manufacturer of polyols and their mixtures, which we prepare according to customer expectations.

In our regular offer, we have polyester polyols that enable the production of PIR foam with very low thermal conductivity, ensuring high viscosity and stability of the emulsion, as well as excellent retention of the blowing agent (pentane) during the mixing stage. The high quality of our products allows for exceptional durability of the finished panels and the best performance. We also offer products with lower technological requirements at a suitable price.

High strength

Low thermal conductivity

High fire resistance class

Wide range of applications

High content of BIO/REC materials

Emulsion stability

A mixture of properly selected polyols is the basic requirement for starting the production line of panels with a PIR core. It is possible to produce panels in the desired dimensions, which will then be used as insulation material for buildings: roofs, walls, and entire halls, warehouses, and agricultural buildings.

PIR panels are currently one of the best construction products for insulating large areas. One of the best thermal conductivity coefficients on the market ensures excellent insulation, thus providing high thermal comfort while reducing the energy required for heating.

Combining excellent fire resistance with a responsible ecological approach

At Purinova, we continuously develop our product line using modern technology that significantly enhances the fire performance of our foams. Through advanced use of recycled PET and PTA (terephthalic acid), our products achieve exceptional fire resistance. This key feature of our materials guarantees maximum safety, meeting the highest standards.

Our team constantly develops products in line with the concept of eco-design. We utilize recycled raw materials and renewable resources such as rPET, PU Dust (polyurethane dust), and New Technology (by-products from the production of organic acids and glycols). Thanks to these innovative solutions, our products not only offer the highest fire resistance but also have a reduced carbon footprint.

Our approach to design aims not only to achieve excellent technical performance but also to actively contribute to environmental protection. By employing eco-friendly solutions, we strive to close the production loop and reduce the carbon footprint, combining innovation with ecological responsibility.
