Where does Purinova’s innovation come from?

Modern manufacturing plant – this is where science meets knowledge

Purinova’s production facility is located in the Bydgoszcz Industrial and Technological Park – the innovative heart of the capital of Kuyavia and Pomerania. The building complex, which is being expanded and modernized all the time, is located among other major manufacturers in the region.

Each year we produce 100,000 tons of polyester polyols and polyurethane systems. In order to produce them, a state-of-the-art infrastructure is required, which includes the latest reactors capable of synthesizing nearly a million liters of finished products simultaneously. All production takes place inside a fully equipped production center.

We produce 24/7!

The plant operates on a 24/7 basis. Research and analysis in the laboratory, as well as production, are ongoing at all times. Departments responsible for maintaining the continuity of equipment and for efficient logistics are also at work.

The basis for such tremendous efficiency is the safety procedures implemented from the beginning related to both the health and lives of employees and environmental concerns. Through constantly processed reports, we improve our own standards, anticipating and preventing unwanted events.

Such a complex system operates efficiently, safely ii reliably thanks to the people working there. We believe that the human factor is the strength and greatest asset of modern manufacturing.
